» Meet the GMC Leasing team
MD
GMC Leasing has been established for 8 years, primarily being a web based company for the last 5 years. We have a simple mission at GMC that we all strongly believe in, Good Product, Good Prices, Good Service. Its as simple as that.
Before I set up GMC Leasing I worked for two smaller companies in the Manchester area where I originate from. Having moved to the Brighton area 8 years ago when we set up the company, we now love life here down on the south coast, and l don't miss the Manchester weather one bit!
General Manager
I have been in and out of the motor industry over the last 20 years and specialise in Car / Van Leasing and Daily Rental. I am responsible for ensuring we have the very hottest and most up to date deals, keeping the website up to date, negotiating with Manufacturers and Finance Houses.
It is my aim to get the whole company involved in some kind of fund raising event at least once a quarter. Married with 2 young children, I spend all of my time outside of work racing about with family commitments.
Sales Support
With a degree in International Management and a number of years working in IT sales, I was well placed to join my husband Jon in February 2005 to help him expand GMC Leasing. Over the past 3 and a half years we have seen the team grow and the business thrive, a trend which we hope will continue in the future.
As such I have decided to move onto pastures new and am due to leave in a couple of weeks time. I have very much enjoyed my time at GMC and will miss working with a great bunch of people.
Sales Support
I have worked at GMC for almost 2 years, working in the Sales Support Team. I come from a background which includes Banking & I.T. and although I have lived in Shoreham-By-Sea for many years now, I originate from London & grew up in Brighton, mainly in the Hotel & Pub sector, as my Mum & Dad were publicans.
I have 3 grown up children - 2 boys & 1 girl, who all live & work in Dubai now. My interests include Dancing/Socialising, keeping fit & hot holidays! (never enough!) and of course travelling to Dubai!
Sales Support
After working for BMW for the last 5 years in a variety of roles, I recently joined GMC as a new addition to the sales support team. I love it already! They’re a professional team and a fun bunch too! I’m learning a lot and hopefully I’ll be able to offer something fresh to the company.
When I’m out of work I love to salsa, enjoy pilates and reading about Buddism. I’m even now seriously contemplating joining the gym (even though I swore I’d never ever do such a thing!).
Sales Support Assistant
I recently joined GMC Leasing as a Sales Support Administrator, with previous experience working for my dad’s company.
I studied Business with Law at Northbrook Collage in Durrington along with 4 GCSE’s grade C and above. I am always keen to learn as I am very inquisitive.
I’ve had lots of experience from working with people of all ages through Nursing homes, a class room assistant and restaurant/bar work.

I joined GMC Leasing in January 2006, having previously been in the motor trade for 5 years since leaving college. Having worked in both dealerships and brokerages, I have found the latter far more enjoyable as it allows me to deal with a much more diverse range of customers and also means I can sell a wide range of products.
Another benefit of working at GMC Leasing is the great team moral we have allowing us to enjoy fun activities out of work together too, including our recent karting and sailing trips.

I joined GMC in May 2006 after previously working for another leasing company; I have been working in car leasing now for over 5 years.
Previous to this I worked in the Travel industry and still have a keen interest in traveling due to my wife still working in travel. We have been to many countries and hopefully many more in the years to come!!

Being in the motor trade since I left collage I started my sales career in 1994. I made the move into leasing, starting as the first employee for another leasing company in Worthing. I was there for 6 years, with the last 2 years as Sales Manager.
I was offered a move to GMC Leasing, where I was reunited with some old colleagues whom I'd worked with some years before. This was in April 2008, and I have not looked back since!

I joined GMC in May 2008 after spending the last 13 years in Retail, selling Mercedes Benz & BMW.
I joined GMC because I was losing more and more deals to customers that were going to the Lease option.
I am married with 2 children, Mia 5 and Millie 1. I moved to Sussex from London 5 years ago and now enjoy a quieter life living by the Sea. I enjoy spending my weekends out on my Boat relaxing with a beer and a fishing Rod.

I’m the newest addition to the GMC Salesteam. I felt that, having gained almost 2 years experience in the motor industry, the time was right for me to find a company that offers fair rewards to all its staff and customers alike.
Outside of work, my time is largely spent with my family and following, what I believe to be, one of the greatest, un-sung spectator sports ever, polo! I have recently started taking horse riding lessons and hope to take this further by swinging a stick, further down the line…..life really does begin at 40!
