» All Bookings must have 3 working days notice for delivery
» All Bookings must be for a minimum length of 28 days, otherwise a charge will be incurred for early termination.

All rentals to be covered by insurance either by your company with fully comprehensive insurance or the Hirer’s insurance.

Terms and Conditions

                        » All  Rates are subject to VAT at 17.5%

                        »   All  vehicles are subject to availability at time of rental and driver  qualification.

                        »   A  reasonable administration charge may be levied if a reservation is confirmed  and subsequently cancelled.

                        »   Home  delivery charged at £10.50 (plus VAT) each way.

                        »   Business  Address delivery charged at £4.50 (plus VAT) each way.

                         »  An  airport surcharge of 13% on daily rate applies

                         »  Out of  Hours delivery or collection ((before 8am and after 6pm Mon0Fri or weekends or  bank holidays) charged at £14.50 (plus VAT).

                         »  Unlimited  mileage up to 27days- 2800 miles free per 28 days after that a charge per mile  is levied charged at the end of the rental.

                          » Fuel  is charged per litre and subject to variation.

                          » One  way rental charges may be applicable

                         »  Early  morning deliveries may be pre-delivered on the previous working day.

                         »  Free  pick up and drop off service is available on request.

                         »  Full  terms and conditions are available on request.
